By using Ummat Pro ("the Service"), operated by Ummeco Organization ("we", "us"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Ummat Pro provides entity management tools for masjids, charities, businesses, and other Islamic organizations. Features include entity registration, member management, digital signage, and compliance tools.
Ummat Pro is a technology platform, not a professional fundraising solicitor, registered investment advisor, licensed attorney, tax advisor, or payroll processor. We provide tools to help organizations manage their operations. We are not responsible for the accuracy of entity-provided information, the quality of services rendered by entities to their constituents, or outcomes resulting from use of our tools. Users bear sole responsibility for compliance with applicable laws.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be 18 years or older to use paid features. Verified badges indicate that we have reviewed documentation confirming legal existence. Verified status is not an endorsement of the organization's activities, beliefs, or compliance with Islamic principles.
Entity owners are responsible for the accuracy of entity information. We may verify entity claims and remove entities that misrepresent their status. Verified status indicates our records, not legal endorsement.
Paid tiers are billed annually via Stripe. Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase for unused features. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice. Donation processing is facilitated by Stripe on behalf of your organization. Ummat Pro does not hold donor funds. All fees are disclosed at checkout.
You may not use the Service for unlawful purposes, to impersonate others, to distribute harmful content, or to interfere with other users. We reserve the right to suspend accounts violating these terms.
The Service is provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the 12 months before the claim.
